Article 55. (excerpt) Evervone shall have the right to apply to the Authorised Human Rights Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for assistance in the protection of his rights.

Article 101. Parliamentary control in the field of the observance of human and civic constitutional rights and freedoms is executed by the Authorised Human Rights Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
